Cancellation Policy
We value your time and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully before booking any service with us.
- You must provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and avoid wasting our resources.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee for your session. This applies to all services, including consultations, coaching, training, and assessments.
- There are some exceptions to this policy, such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to address your concerns and improve your experience.
