Directions for Use:

The instructions are simple: Begin to play the audio as the final thing you do before sleeping and allow it to play a single cycle. The DANC begins with a 90-minute silence to allow for the brain to enter into REM sleep, the time in the natural sleep rhythm that nightmares have been observed to occur. Continue a single nightly play of this audio until satisfied with results.
